Royal Mail Tracked Return 24™/48™ (available for UK customer only)

 If you think probabley you will need to return/exchange the item you are ordering, you have an option of 'Royal Mail Tracked Return 24/48' when you check out.

Pay your order with confidence. We activated Royal Mail Tracked Returns 24™/48™ Service for you which makes easy returns and exchanges. And it offers returns tracking ------ your return is safe. Tracking will take place at the point you drop off the item at the Post Office® branch and at the point the item arrives at the Delivery Office.

 General Return

Buyer can return the item they ordered from us without any reason and get refund as long as item was returned properly as below.

Seller is responsible for the conditions and quality of the product they sold. You can claim to return your order for replacement/other product/store credit/refund within 14 days from the date of receipt if your satisfaction has not been achieved by the product you purchased from us.

Your return will be processed within up to 48 hours after we received your claim and GRF (Goods Return Form) will be sent to you by email.

Please allow up to 7 days for organization of inspection and refund after return has been received.

Return Documents

Return will only be accepted with the GRF (Goods Return Form) and all the original documents.

Please fill out GRF and send it back with the item in 7 days from the date your claim is confirmed. You can send RGF back by email as well.

Please put the GRN (Goods Return Number will be issued in the GRF) on the top of the parcel.

Return item

The item must be returned in the condition same as what they were received.

The item must be returned with proper protection. You can re-use the original packaging or something similar. Seals must not have been tampered.

Any serial numbers/security ink/bar/code/mark/sticker must be fully verifiable.

Wrong/Damaged items received

Please check the detail and the product carefully when you receive the parcel.

Please reference 'General Return' and contact us for GRF (Goods Return Form) as soon as possible if you found the parcel/product had been damaged before you received it.

Faulty items return

Please check the product thoroughly before returning.

Replacement/Refund is available for faulty item return, but NOT available for no fault found return.

No fault found return will be sent back to you after incurred additional P&P costs have been paid.

For some items such as LCD/digitizer/housing/bezel etc., we would advise to inspect and test it before using it. Replacement/Refund is not available for item with damage during installation.

For some items such as DVD drive etc., please put back properly before returning.

Returned item with damage/improper installation during operation will be sent back to you after incurred additional P&P costs have been paid.

Please allow up to 14 days for organization of inspection/testing and refund after return has been received.

Return Postage

Buyer is responsible for general return postage.

Seller is responsible for wrong item return postage.

Seller is responsible for faulty item return postage.

Buyers is responsible for no-faulty-found-return postage.

Buyer is responsible for damage/improper installation return postage.

Seller helps out on damage-during-shipment compensation claims including postage.
